Originating in Houston, Texas, in 1981, this international Christian Wellness Program focuses on 4 core areas of healthy living – the emotions, spirit, mind and body. Meeting in weekly support groups, group members learn a variety of ways to encourage and maintain healthy lifestyle choices.
