Gloria Dei's Nassau Bay campus is located at 18220 Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay, Texas, in southeast Houston directly adjacent to the entrance to the Johnson Space Center.

From Interstate 45
Take Interstate 45 to Nasa Parkway (new overpass)
Go east on Nasa Parkway to Upper Bay Road
Turn right onto Upper Bay
At second stop sign the entrance will be on your right

From State Road 146
Take State Road 146 to Nasa Parkway
Go west on Nasa Parkway to Upper Bay Road
Turn left onto Upper Bay Road
At second stop sign the entrance will be on your right
