Integrity
We will conduct ourselves with the highest standards of behavior.  We embrace honesty, fairness. forthrightness, and candor in all of our dealings. 
The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.  Proverbs 11:3

Teamwork
We recognize that no one person or a select group of persons has all the information or perspective to make the best decisions in light of our vision and mission.  Consequently, we will not rely solely on an individual or a small group of individuals to make and implement key decisions.  We believe that team effort will produce results that are superior to the individual effort.
Plans fail for the lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.  Proverbs 15:22

Excellence
We strive to excel with the resources God has placed at our disposal.  We do not confuse striving to excel with the requirement to be perfect.  We commit ourselves to constant improvement and will encourage one another to this end.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things ... put it into practice.  Philippians 4:8, 9b
