LEADING AS A GUIDE - An important aspect of Leading as a Guide is investing in and equipping others.  On Saturday, November 12th, the worship ministry teams of Gloria Dei gathered in the Chapel for a morning of inspiration and community building.  Guest speaker Kemper Crabb spoke on the rationale and scope of worship, providing everyone with new insights into worship using the book of Revelation as a primary text.  We discussed our own values of worship and challenged everyone to see themselves, no matter what their ministry role, as important contributors to the worship experience that happens every Sunday morning at Gloria Dei.  The morning ended with a catered lunch by Carrabba's.
