We're Packing for Guatemala
Fifteen members of Gloria Dei’s ministry staff along with 25 of their ministry partners are headed to Guatemala on August 1 through August 9. This forty person team is the largest team ever sent to Guatemala by Central American Lutheran Mission Society (CALMS). We will build three homes, repair four others and help with hygiene and finance training for the very poor of Guatemala. We will also assist our sister Lutheran church In Gualan, La Resureccion, to organize and open its new grade school.
