Virtual Tour
Welcome! It is our calling and privilege to provide a joy-filled, positive and exciting children's ministry to the Bay Area community sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through quality care and education.
Our school provides opportunities in educational excellence in an atmosphere of Christian love. In partnership with parents, we strive to provide a developmentally appropriate, activity-based, and Christ centered curriculum to meet children's spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical needs. We teach children about God's love; we encourage children, families and faculty to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and in their ministry to one another.
Infant Rooms
"Little Blessings" is a curriculum designed to guide our youngest children as they take their first steps in His kingdom. Age appropriate activities, physical and emotional care, a safe and nurturing environment and interaction between teacher and parent are important in quality ministry to infants .
Toddler Rooms
"Hands-On" allows toddlers to meet and interact with the God who made the world they're so interested in exploring through developmentally appropriate activities. Toddlers learn by experiencing their surroundings through their senses, social interaction and physical movement.

Library
Library time is offered to children in the Three-Year-Old Preschool classes through Kindergarten. Young children are exposed to the Library with their classroom teacher as they explore language through text. As children enter into the prekindergarten and kindergarten levels of our program their Library experience includes new stories, book buddies, a discussion of the story presented, and then a reinforcement or recreation of the story through activities that develop their imagination. After the story time, children are free to browse the books in the library. Children enrolled in the Kindergarten Class are able to check out the library books to take home and share with their families. Many developing language skills, written, aural and oral, are reinforced through literature.
Music
Gloria Dei Early Childhood Ministries uses the Musikgarten curriculum to enrich your child's musical experience. Children six weeks through six years of age enjoy singing favorite songs as well as learning about rhythm and composition, various instruments and the sounds they make. Movement adds to the learning and enjoyment of the music curriculum. Children develop listening skills as they explore lyrics, pitch, tone, dynamics, and tempo.
Spanish
Spanish is taught at an introductory level using developmentally appropriate concepts with music and themes.
Playgrounds
We have three different age level appropriate playgrounds.
