Notes:

If this is your first time to login, go to the line below the blue box where it says: "Need a login?  Click here."  You will then use the combination of your first name, last name, and email address as a secure method for the system to assign you a password. That password will then be sent to you at the email address you just entered.

Once you receive the temporary password, click again below where it says "click here for member information". This time you enter your information in the blue box where it says: "Sign In."  You then enter the data base using the emailed password. Once you are on your page with your personal information shown, you can change to a prefered password by clicking the edit button on the upper right.
