First Place 4 Health
Originating in Houston, Texas, in 1981, this international Christian wellness program focuses on 4 core areas of healthy living – the emotions, spirit, mind and body. Meeting in weekly support groups, the members and guests of Gloria Dei share tips on a variety of ways to encourage health. First Place 4 Health teaches members to learn not only how to be victorious over past eating and exercise patterns but how to commit their minds and bodies to Christ.
