Discipleship Hour
Sunday Mornings | 9:45-10:45am
In order to encourage and equip you to grow and live out your faith as a disciple in EVERY aspect of your life, we have dedicated time on Sunday mornings for devotion and obedience to God's Word with age-appropriate discipleship for all ages between services from 9:45-10:45am. A life of discipleship is about the journey along the way with those God has placed in our life, so that together, we grow as His loved, redeemed people in Jesus Christ. We’d love to have you join us on this journey of discipleship, and together we can continue Jesus’ Kingdom work in and through Gloria Dei!
Parent Groups
Join a parent group on Sunday mornings that ties in the same lessons our kids and students are learning. Parents of infants-4th grade meet at the Life Center tables (led by Lara Brumm). Parents of 5th-12th grade meet in Student Center classroom 198 (led by Mendy Stewart).
Sermon Series Study
Join us every Sunday in the Chapel, as we engage in God's Word together using the current sermon series themes and Scripture readings. Led by the pastoral staff of Gloria Dei, this Bible study will be an opportunity to unpack even more application of the sermons in our daily lives of discipleship. This class will also be available online to those who aren't on-campus. Click the link below to join us on our online streaming site.

A Study of the Gospel of Mark
LC 210/212
The Gospel of Mark was likely written in Rome during the mid-to-late 50s AD. John Mark, a former missionary companion of Paul and Barnabas, was in the city at that time as a close associate of Peter. He recorded the apostle’s teachings about Jesus. This account was intended primarily for a Gentile audience, introducing them to Jewish customs so they could understand that Jesus is the fulfillment of God’s plan for Israel and all of humanity. Mark’s Gospel is the shortest of the four, offering a straightforward, concise, and fast-paced narrative. Join us as we explore the teachings and ministry of Jesus through the unique perspectives of Peter and Mark. Led by Gary Himmler & Richard Zalesak.

What Lutherans Believe
LC 211/213
The What Lutherans Believe Bible study is a clear, compelling journey through the heart of the Christian faith—Lutheran style. It brings to life the five Solas: Scripture Alone as our unshakable foundation, Grace Alone and Faith Alone as the doorway to salvation, Christ Alone as the center of it all, and Glory to God Alone as our life’s aim. Along the way, it unpacks the powerful, grace-filled gifts of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper—tangible ways God meets us with His promises. Whether you’re new to the faith or looking to deepen it, this study anchors you in truth that transforms. Led by Keith Chuvala.
