Ladies, grab your favorite sparkly water cup, comfy clothes, and sunglasses, and join us for a summer of studying the Bible and God’s truths alongside good friends as we navigate the heat of another Houston summer. We will meet from 9:00-11:00 in the Chat Room on June 11th and 18th; July 9th, 16th, and 23rd; and August 6th.

We will gather on June 11th and 18th to study Psalm 90. This study will help us mirror Moses’s prayer by asking the Lord to “number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” In this short study, we will use Psalm 90 to realize we have two choices. We can “look back with regret, look forward with fear, and live a mediocre present,” or we can recognize that Jesus has redeemed our past, He is in our present, and He will position and prepare us for our future.

We will jump into our second study, Keep It Simple, on July 9th. Every single woman has a unique story about her walk with Jesus. We all want a perfectly crafted story that has the “wow” factor of other stories, but that thinking keeps us from seeing how precious our own story is! God can (and wants) to use all of our stories. We will gather on July 9th, 16th, 23rd, and August 6th to learn how to share the story of our walk with Jesus and find out how to “craft and deliver our supernatural story naturally”.

Did you notice we skipped over June 25th in our Bible study? Well, no fear! We are not skipping the week of June 23-27. We are going to put our faith into action and work alongside our youth during Impact Week. It is going to be an energizing week of fun, laughter, and serving others. As Impact Week draws closer, we will have more details to share.
