What to Expect

Kids Jr. (Birth - Kindergarten)

We believe that God works faith in all stages of life. Our ministry to babies (birth through age two) is focused on helping these little ones very basic biblical truths in a safe and secure environment. If this is your child's first time in Kids Jr., the information below will help answer any questions you may have.
Our preschoolers (age three through Kindergarten begin to experience more structure during their time at church. The kids enjoy learning through stories, games, and other fun activities in their classes.

When You Arrive

You will enter through the Life Center doors. When you get to the Welcome Center, you will go to the hallway to the left to check into Kids Jr.
If it is your first time, please allow 5 minutes to register your child. Our Kids Jr. team will help you register your child and show you the check-in procedures for future visits.
Please keep your parent pick-up tag handy with your child's code on it. This helps us get a hold of you if you are needed.

Service Times

Kids Jr. is open during our regular service times: 8am-12pm Sundays . Check-in opens to receive children 15 minutes before each service.
You may check your child in or out anytime during our worship service.

Parent Pick-up

Your child will receive a name tag that includes their unique security number. You will also receive a parent tag with the same number. We call this the Parent Pick-up Tag. For safety reasons, no one is allowed to pick up your child without the parent tag you receive, so make sure you hang onto it.

If You Are Needed

If we ever need to get a hold of you, we will put your child's code at the bottom of the screen in our worship service. You would check the code on the screen with the code that is on your Parent Pick-Up Tag.

Monthly Resources

SEPTEMBER

Many of us remember a special toy or plush friend from our Toy Box that gave us comfort and companionship when we needed it. It’s part of growing up. We were made to want someone with us. And that Someone is Who we will be talking about this month. He is the only One who can truly always be with us. We will say countless times this month, “God is always with me.” We want our children to believe it with all of their hearts. With this truth as a foundation, they can be brave and wise. They can have courage and strength. Then, when the times comes that their favorite toy, blanket, or pillow cannot be with them, they will know that there is Someone who loves them and will always be with them. No matter where they go or what they do God is always
with them . . . and you.
